In April of this year, I purchased a 95 used Saturn for my son. The car has been returned twice to the dealership for repairs. About 2 weeks ago, the engine blew up in the car while my son was en-route to Tallahassee. Prior to this trip the car was over heating and it was serviced by the dealership.

We were instructed to tow the car to a repair shop (Saturn) to obtain an estimate. The warranty company (Inter-Continental Warranty Services) will pay only a portion of the bill because they believe the car was driven further than necessary and this is what cause damage to the engine.

We've been asked to pay the difference of $900.00 which we are unable to pay at this time.

I'm writing to your company for some sort of assistance in this matter.

I believe this car should have not been sold to me. In the past when purchasing cars from the Sonny King, I was always informed if a car would present problems in the future.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you or your company can provide concerning this matter.
