Ok, I failed to read the Yelp reports on this company, MY bad! Big time BAD!

On Saturday Feb 4th, 2012, I walked in to buy a stereo, speakers and to remove some old dead speaker wires in my 1996 Corvette.

I ended up purchasing a Sony XAV-62BT (AV Center) and 4 speakers.

Mike, the owner / manager said that the install time was typically 3 hours and asked for 4 hours to insure smooth install. I gladly complied and took a walk down the block to Subway to sit, have some breakfast and do some work.

After 3 hours, I walked back to check in on the progress and the dashboard was disassembled with tons of wires all around and I spoke with Mike and said "Hey Mike, 'ya know it looks like this is going to take another few hours. These guys are jumping from job to job". I said "I feel that they have no focus on my project".  

Sure enough, 9 HOURS LATER, the technicians had broken off my battery post and now my car wasn't starting!

My computer screen had 2 cuts in it now. There where 2 broken parts now inside the dash I observed and shared with Mike (no response). Exposed NEW wires installed.

I am PISSED and all I want is to cancel my transaction and give them back their product...

So today, Sunday Feb 5th, I called Sony support to install the "Sens Me" product that comes with the system...its supposed to add some cool graphics to the screen so it looks neat at night.

Well it turns out I NEED to buy another Sony product that allows for THIS proprietary product to be installed!!

UNREAL!  Mike NEVER shared this nor did he even know about this. He assured me today and said "I'll look into this".

B.S.!

I just called Mike. He offered me NOTHING, no discount. NOTHING. I am clear that he has NO care and NO interest in my well being or customer satisfaction. In fact he asked me if I was satisfied....I said "are you  fuxoxoxo,,,,,,,crazy?" This clearly speaks volumes. He wasn't in his customers world (my word) what so ever.

All he did was explain himself, justify his actions and avoid taking responsibility for me concerns. You'd think after $550, I'd get SOME consideration.

I DO NOT recommend this place what so ever. I am cancelling my transaction and bringing back this stereo.  Joesph, I wish I read your report before hand.
