Car-stuff Total Scammer And Ripoffs Charges for parts that they say are in stock, then say the arent, but charge card right away Internet
OK so I ordered some car parts on their site on a Monday evening. They charged my credi card right away, and told me the parts were in stock. The following Monday I call to get tracking info, they tell me the parts are being shipped that day, and I would have tracking info in 24 hours.
Well the next day I call, and they tell me the part is no longer available. I demand to talk to a supervisor, who finally I get on the phone the next day. "Patrick", which I am sure is not his real name since it was some hard to understand person of middle eastern decent, has no explanation why I was told the parts were in stock, and said they never were.
After being very rude on the phone, I just hung up on him. I know of about 5 other people that ordered the same part and are having the same BS issue with them. They go under numerous internet websites as well, car-stuff, autopartswarehouse, and partstrain, and I am sure a few others that have yet to be discovered by myself.
I will be contacting the FTC and FBI about them as well.
