Complaint Review: Car Tunes

I got a alarm from CAR TUNES and some of the features that was suppose to be included was not working. they said that it was the product and i should call the manufacturer, they took no responsibility. and said "I" should call the manufacturer.

Also, while checking the defect in the alarm they tried to trick me into thinking that it did work. P.S. nobody should go to this place, you cant trust their people!
