We recently purchased a car from CAR VISION. This turned out to be a very big mistake on our part. Our salesman told us things were being fixed on the car before we drove it home. Turns out they only masked the problems, as they reappeared before we had finished the drive.

We took the car back to them to be service. They had the car almost an entire day. The day after they worked on it, we had all of the same issues, plus more problems! It was actually worse after their service department worked on the car.

A reputable technician at another dealership found a number of things that were obviously recently damaged on the car. During this time we also discovered that the warranty Car Vision sold us was not genuine. This is from a company called Continental. Even simple items that are stated as covered on the contract, they refused to pay for.

Car Vision refuses to pay for any damages that they caused and refuses to fix the car or make up any of our financial losses.

STAY AWAY from Car Vision. Whether it be sales or service. They will rip you off and look the other way.
