Car zone , Cathy I bought a car there a month ago it has been in the shop for major issues 3 times and just left me stranded. I called and talked to the manager and she basically said it's my car now so it's my problem. Dover delaware Nationwide
Bought a car less than a month ago the car had been nothing but issues. Transmission not shifting correctly, the windshield was broken right off the lot, and now the car has over heated 5 times in one day. I called the manager (Kathy) and she says it under the warranty but there's nothing they can do...."it's your car now so it's your problem now". I can explain the anger I have right now for this dealership. Very unprofessional, they don't stand by their word. So basically I'll be making payments on a broken car. I even asked if I could just trade it back to them and they said that's not an option. What am I supposed to do. I'm a single mom with 2 kids.

There was a 30 day warranty through the dealership as well as a 36000 mile warranty bumper to bumper that I purchased extra. In fact all the issues the car has had is in deed going to be covered by the warranty. My point was the manager has no clue what she is talking about. And the next point was I bought a car that was looked at by a mechanic and passed state inspection, through driving it more problem arose than what was in the original inspection within 30 days these problems arose. The first 2 weeks there was nothing wrong but the windshield. And that was placed on an iou from the dealership to fix. After fighting with them over and over that finally got fixed. My point is if you say your going to do something do it. It's bad business to treat customers like this. The shop has had my car more than I have. And the part about a single mom....trust me that's not a problem but help readers understand that in 100 degree weather being stranded on the side of the road is not safe for my kids.

If this manager told you it's not covered by the warranty, exactly how hard is that to understand??? You also stated the windshield was cracked when you bought it. This is a DEAD GIVEAWAY...you didn't even bother to look it over, did you? You bought the car with KNOWN problems! Don't bother saying it, I don't work for them and I don't think Lois does either!

What did the mechanic say about these conditions before you bought it? Because certainly you were not foolish enought to buy a used car without taking it to a mechanic first.
BTW: Being single mother is not an excuse. I am as well and have never used it as an excuse for anything. Don't make women look dumb.
