My husband and I got a 2002 ford focus through them because we didn't have good enough credit, the next day my check engine light was on I took it in and was told nothing was wrong with it and they shut off the light. i then took it in several times and Joe kept telling me that nothing was wrong with it, in four months time my engine had blown so they got me in a 2001 ford explorer and i have taken it in over several times and have paid to have it fixed. its still not working right after 8 months of owning this hunk of junk. so I tried to trade it in with them.They told me to come back when I got 2000 for a down payment for the 2012 ford fusion and when I went in they told me they couldn't let me do the trade but i could put the 2000 to my payment and bring my truck back in for Service, No thank you I'm not paying you anymore money to have my truck not working any better. I'm Sorry to the staff for what I have written on here about them, For one Neil Is who I work with normally but for awhile he had some other / personal stuff he was dealing with for some time. When I needed some help with what was going on with my vehicle Neil was out of town so I had to talk with Eddie and he had not enough information to know what I had been dealing with, So Eddie trying to help me was not happening(yet again not Eddies fault because he had no clue what had been going on). But to be completely honest ALL the workers at Car Zone work hard to bring you the best serves they can give and you just have to ask for the help if you need it and they have no problem with working with you on anything. These people are The Best at there job. They are Nice,Honest,and Loyal to their word and costumers. I just want you to think about one thing when you come here, they are giving you the best quality cars they can. With more business they get the better quality vehicles they get and I have witnessed that. I have been a loyal costumer to these people for almost two years and plan on getting a new vehicle next year. Just remember that these people are people and have family's just like you or me and they are not trying to lie to you. They also are the only place that I believe sells cars and also help your credit score that alone tells me that they are about the people that come here. Thank you guys so much for helping not just on my first car but my second car and many more to come
