Complaint Review: caramel19892014 'london renovations group' Laszlo and Alvaro

I went to purchase a property on ebay from Laszlo and Alvaro under the username caramel19892014. They told me it was their own house, they said it was with a surveyours report on ebay.

They then put me in Contact with a lawyer called 'Mr. Schmeilzl' fromt he following firm;

it was promised to have a surveyors report.

I was also buying a property from a company called 'My German Property' at the time who I can not fault, and I was talking very much with their director and told him about this other property.

He laughed and told me that Laszlo and Alvaro were at the same time, trying negotiations with HIM to sell his company the same property!

He emailed them and they responded with a massive rude email to him, which he fowarded me;

Hello There,

I beg your pardon but Miss Jade Dee never contacted me after several e-mail she has disappeared. Don't come with this rubbish you are playing a dangerous game She isn't talking at all she has been already reported to eBay for scamming a normal sale I won't sell my my property to her at all. She did cost me already £500 which I payed to my lawyer. I don't get it what a hell is going on in peoples mind why they cannot be face to face that woman is a big filthy liar. Who called me several times a liar. I just spoken to my lawyer and He says she disappeared clearly an amateur in buying properties.

I simply want to sell my property and that all but I am just fine now keeping it.

Do not contact me and I will cancel you bid as well so we commonly agree on that.

Yet I was sat, waiting for an answer with this surveoys report from the so called 'lawyer' so I could check the property was in a good condition.

So I emailed the lawyer and asked why this was happening and where is the surveyors report as per the ebay auction?

I got a really rude reply;

Dear Jade,

I am rather fed up with this whole case. I have explained numerous times now that property cannot be sold via ebay in Germany. Sale and transfer of property must be done BEFORE a NOTARY. So all which has been done through ebay is soliciting a potential buyer.

Just this morning I have been informed by my client that there is no "report by a surveyor". So - as I stated before - my client offers to sell the property as is.

In case you still wish to buy it you are free to contact a notary and ask him to prepare the necessary deeds. Until my client has signed such deed he is legally free to offer and sell the property to someone else. Just as you are free to withdraw from this transaction. Should you still want to buy the property please have the notary of your choice or your lawyer contact me. If I do not hear anything until next Monday I will assume that you are no longer interested and my client will put the property on the market.

If and what my client has said or has written on ebay is beyond my knowledge. And I will certainly not disclose to you what I have discussed with my client.

Basically, to me it would seem that both the scammer was exposed for trying to sell the property to two buyers at the same time, and by the looks of it, has no structural report. And the shark lawyer, probably knew this all the time and tries to rudely pretend like he knows nothing.

I contacted with My German property and they did a little bit more digging in the land register and came back and told me that the property owned by Laszlo and Alvaro was purchased for really cheap at an auction in Germany for broken properties, for something like 1000 euros with massive structural issues and they tried to rip me off selling it for 18000 pounds and lying about a structural report.

They also tried to say their property company 'London Renovations Company' was some kind of luxury company but I also found a review here about them pissing in the sink of someones house?

All in all a nasty, spiteful people, dishonest, and I would avoid dealing with them if it can be helped.
