If you order from this company be prepared to be scammed. I ordered two Gold Shield 5L RV covers at a premium price expecting a premium product. I received a North East Harbor product that cost less than half of what I paid, and is of less than half the quality of what I ordered. When I asked them to make it right they refused. The cost of returning the two covers was over $170 to a Canadian address. They also rip you off by claiming the product was damaged and refuse to refund your money.
This company is run by a bunch of crooks claiming to be a big company, when in fact they are a drop shipping company that buys from real companies that carry inventory and the product is shipped from these other companies. They also do not stand behind their lifetime warranties. Don't fall for their slick web page.
When you call them you will hear dozens of voices in the background, because their sales are handled by a call center. They have no warehouse or actual business location. They are a fake company ripping people off. Check the reviews on other sites like this one. Wish I had. They hide behind their Canada address and get away with crimes in the USA.
