I had taken my car for repair and i was told upon diagnosing, that my car needed an ignition module. Then i was told i needed a coilpack, shortly after a fuel pump.to make a long story short i was told my car was"to the point of no return". They told me they would take the new parts they installed and that they would put the old parts back in. Thats fine and dandy except for the fact that they charged me 140 dollars they broke 6 bolts without telling me on the ecm module and i was left with the responsability of towing my vehicle back home.A short time after i had my mechanic diagnos and he told me my tank was empty no gas, which i had no idea cause the fuel guage read 1/4 tank.To conclude i feel that i should,ve never been charged as much as i was,and they should,ve been honest about breaking the bolts.

Unfortunatly the only person in this instance who appears unintellegent is yourself. There is no need for you to act like a complete moron. If you think that I don't have all the facts then, supply them the first time. I can only respond to the facts that you provided. It is people like yourself who decide to spout off over another persons opinion that make the rest of the North Counrty look like a bunch of backwoods, s****.>

I,m from earth where trained proffessionals are suppose to work on cars.that,s good for you that you,ve been bringing your vehicles there for years,i however know of a real mechanic and his shop is in ,you find out.like the headline says get your facts straight ,and if you don,t have facts which i did then maybe you should not open your mouth, cause it really doesn,t make you look to intelligent.

I have taken my vehicles to Carcuzzi for years, as many other members of my family have. In all this time not one of us has had any of the problems that your describing. I in fact just referred Carcuzzi to my babysitter who took her car to them today. She called me not long ago gushing about how impressed she was with the service she recived. I unfortunatly had a transmission problem recently and had to take my car to a diffrent shop as Carcuzzi didn't have the ability to do the job that needed to be done. I had a TERRIBLE time with the transmission shop, but the guys at Carcuzzi were willing to look the car over afterward to make sure that everything was 100%.

Bolts break on cars all the time. I've had the samething happen to me... nothing to cry over. To get my car to Plattsburgh to the transmission shop I had to pay for the towing... big deal its my car. As for the $140. The mechanic had to get paid regardless if the car colud be repaired or not... I've been through that too. I'm sure that they didn't charge you for the parts that they installed then removed wich would made the bill much larger.

So my question to you is what happend with your car after you took it to 'your mechanic'.
