Complaint Review: Card Benefits

Card Benefits is a company in Phoenix Arizona. I received a little card in the mail saying I was guranteed a credit consumer card with a credit limit of 5,000 dollars and a Master Card with a 4,000 credit limit. I was told I only had to give a one time $250.00 Membership fee. I have not received Anything yet!!!! I've tried calling and talking with supervisors and it does No Good.

I am a college student. I can't afford to just "Give Away" $250.00 to some Scam! Please Contact me if you also have been a victim of these cruel inconsiderate people. I hope someone will be able to catch these people and help me get my desperately needed $250.00 Back!!!!
