On 12/25/12, I purchased Home Depot gift cards for a total of $7224.60. Four gift cards, each with a value of $500, were not valid as when I verified the amounts at a local Home Depot, their balances were zero.
A Home Depot associate was able to verify that they had been cancelled prior to even my purchase date. Therefore, ABC Gift Cards sold to me gift cards that were not even valid.
When I have contacted ABC Gift Cards, they have either not responded to my requests for help or have directed me towards other departments and back and forth with no progress.
