Card member Services They have been making repitious calls to us. There voice message does not give an option of being removed from their list. I finally strted pressing "1" to tell them to remove us but they just hang up, so I have asked them to identify their company the last few times and they just hang up. These people need to be prosecuted for calling our "do not call" number and probably many others as well. Grand Rapids Michigan
They call us repeatedly and their outgoing voice message gives us no option to be removed from their calling list. I would initially just hang up but that didn't help. Then I started pressing "1" and telling them to remove our number from their call list. They would just hang up. The last few times I have pressed "1" and then asked the name of their firm and they just hang up. Someone should file charges against this company and stop them. I would be glad to join in a class action.
