We were told by the door to door rep, cancel anytime no problem,no fee, but the reality was quite an expensive lesson. The actual contract detailed 3pages of very fine print, and the lesson here is don't trust a sales rep...make them write it out completely to cya. 

  We are on a wireless phone system, so after discovering that the regular terminal wouldn't process, the rep brought a compatible unit, but had our employee sign yet another contract....

  Now we got 2accounts, 2x the extra PCI fees, and monthly charges, not able to cancel one account...even though it was useless terminal,,,I fired them, paid their PCI fees, and got charged for cancelling 2 accounts.

  $350 per account, that's $700 out of our bank account, and that hurts.  Don't try to call them as their   phones will eat up several hours of time, if you get anyone.  If someone picks up, they will keep repeating the script, now you've lost work time and those fees!
