The Card Processing Center has several things that they do dishonestly and you can do nothing about it because of their system. I will only get a billing statement every other month. The next month I will get a bill stating I owe a $35.00 late fee even though the month before I paid over the minimum fee and it didn't say a due date. It just says pay now. I don't even know when my payment is due every month.

They make you write in a complaint, I did this and never heard anything back. I found a phone number where you can actually get a live person and they treated me so horribly. They would say the mailman is losing my mail. Funny, I don't even have a mailman, I have a PO BOX. And isn't it strange its EVERY OTHER month I don't receive the billing statement that is required under the Federal Truth In Lending Act? They tell me they cant do anything about it, and it is my fault, etc, etc.

I would very much like to file a class action suit, but I dont know how to go about it. I think they do this on purpose so they can charge these late fees. They also have had extremely rude, horrible people call when it is only 2 weeks late call me up to 15 times a day. It is such a nightmare. I have never been treated like this, and I ALWAYS pay all of my bills on time. They however send me monthly statements.

The CEO's name is Mr. Bruce Williams and I was told by a supervisor that I can write to him to complain about my problem, but she doubts he will do anything because he is a stickler for people that dont pay their bills.
