Card Processing Center - FCNB Speigel Not sending a bill and Charging late fees for on time payments saying payments weren't made Old Bethpage New York
They don't send me a bill. I have not received a bill or a statement in several years. The payment isn't due until the 15th of each month. They call on the 1st of every month and tell me that I am past due and charge me a late fee of $95.00. I make a payment of $100.00 every month. They charge me over and above that.
