The last straw: After calling my home several dozen times a day, my babysitter could not get any information from them they told her they would call back later, Card Processing Center called me at work. At that time, I told them the same thing I told them the last three times somebody contacted me about my "late" payments;
I would like an explanation as to how a late charge can be assessed to a bill when no bill was received by me.
I would like to know how my account went from approx. $180 to over $500 in a matter of months;
I would like them to provide me with a printout of activity on my account (i.e., payments made, finance charges, etc.) since they were not on any of the bills that I had been receiving.

To the last item, I was told quite frankly "we don't do that". When I told them that I would have my attorney contact them to obtain this information I was hung up on. When I have called back to talk with somebody about my account once the information is given to them I am promptly disconnected.
