Complaint Review: Card Processing Center - Spiegel

I too have become a victim to this company. I will never do business with Spiegal Company again no matter what they offer. They should payback all the money THEIR former customers have spent on late fees. It amazes me how I to have been charged those late fees everyone has been complaining about and here I thought I wasn't being responsible.

One suggestion to those who have been ripped off...make your payments larger than the minimum amount due. The minute the statement arrives mail your payment even if doesn't arrive remember the due date and send it. The sooner the better to get this monster off your back. I am so disappointed the way Spiegal handled the closing of my account and how Card Processing Center has handled taking over it.

From one bad business to another, I'm not going to let them get the better of me or my money!!! Spiegel & Card Processing Center have burned some major bridges that definitely can't be rebuilt again.
