Complaint Review: Card Processing - Spiegel

I agree with Cheryl of Sylvan Springs, Alabama; I also had a card with Spiegel(sp), after the FCNB; which was the original card processor went bankrupt I guess Card Processing Center took over the accounts, anyway, like Cheryl said, you can't get a live person on the phone and when someone calls you for a payment they can't even give you correct information on your account. When you call the 516-576-8706 number all you get is an automated line. I finally got someone to give me a different number which is: (866) 503-0872.
