Card Service Center was to send claims I owed them money to Superior Court Riverside California February 4, 2004. Case # HES 009044

They did not send any report because they knew it was bogus claim seeking from unaware individuals like me.

They claimed they split from Providian Bank after bankruptcy and I do not understand

HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH IT.
