CARD SERVICE INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD PROCESSING RIP-OFF HAGERSTOWN Maryland
We contacted CardService International in May of last year, 2002 to cancel our service with them based upon the exhorbitant fees they were charging us as well as finding a processing company that would interface with our accounting system.
We were told we could not cancel at that time and would have to write a letter with our request in August, as they only allow cancelations every six months. This we did!! Unfortunately we did not keep a copy of our fax log and when we approached them about it on February 11th of this year after we saw they were still withdrawing money from one of our accounts.
They stated they had not received our fax and that now we would need to wait until August of this year to cancel it without penalty as our contract had renewed automatically that Sunday, February 9th, 2003.
