Ever wonder why Lou Pearlman is not suing Cort Randell, Dave Elliot and others? This may give you a clue... they are linked together in fraud.
In June of this year Cort Randell conspired with Dave Elliot, Alec Defrawy and Lou Pearlman to keep their Visa/Mastercard account working so they could scam even more people.
Cort feared that if they did not have the continued ability to charge [fraudulently] then they would not be able to pay their debt to Provident Bank. This is all nothing more than a giant money-laundering scheme - and rob Peter to pay Paul.
This e-mail is evidence that Lou knew what was going on, and if he didn't he should be suing others also.

Dear Christina,
The NCCP account is really Provident Bank. This $171,000 account you have on the books as a priority already.
The $171,000 (now up to $224,000) that TCT owes provident Bank/NCCP is debt accumulated because Provident was unable to access to our bank accounts after canceling TCT which resulted in them being unable to debit any of the
chargebacks or refunds that we?d run . For us not to pay it could be considered bank fraud.
In a previous email, I explained the legal risk TCT officers were taking in not paying it. Greg told me in Florida that he would work out some kind of a payment plan with Provident, so he is familiar with it. I also discussed this with Bob, and he is familiar with it.
Sam Nair at Card Service told Ron last June that if ever TCT didn?t pay what we owed on the Provident account, to please call Sam as Card Service would have to cancel our account.
Ron called me this morning and said he could not wait any longer and if TCT did not pay this promptly, he would blow the whistle on TCT with Card Services.
It was only because of the two year relationship that I had with Ron that he hasn?t done it already.
Secondly, MasterCard is currently doing an audit on TCT and asked Ron if we owed them any funds. Ron did not blow the whistle on us, but if he doesn?t get paid promptly, he said he would , and TCT will not be able to charge on MasterCard.
This is really quite serious.

After reading this, I hope that the clowns at the Orlando Sentinel will grow 'nads substantial enough to do a decent investigation on corruption in Orlando. (Or are you afraid for your safety, like everybody else?)
