Complaint Review: Card33

I was ripped off by card33.com They promised to send me a prescription for medication and they did not. They charged my credit card for the 19.95 proccessing fee and the never sent my meds.

I tried to contact them about my order and they emailed me back saying that the order did not exist. The only way you could contact them is by the internet and email. The only way I got the phone number is because it was on my credit card bill when they charged me.

I spoke to someone named Greg and asked them to cancel my membership and he said he did but I never got a email saying so so I called again and said to do it again and he said ok. By the way I asked for a refund of my $20 dollars he said he could not so I asked to speak to the supervisor and he said he was not in and every time I tried to get the supervisor after that he was not in.

Thank god they did not charge me for the meds or I would be out over $100 dollars. But I'm still out $20 dollars.
