Complaint Review: Card33

I went on line to get a prescription and gave them my physicians name and number ,so they could confirm my order (that's the only way to get your prescription is if they contact your doctor). After a couple of days later I tried calling them and waitend on the line forever and finally when I got a hold of someone they were very hard to understand and the connection cut me off every time. I called my doctor twice and both times they said no one has called in and order. Finally after weeks of waiting I called and cancelled my order and requested my $19.95 processing fee back because they didn't even contact my doctor so what was the processing fee for?? Oh and they said they would return the money it has been a month and No money!
