Card33 - URXPharmacy not legit, ripoff, thanks ripoffreport, the reports of others helped me act quick, this is what I did to get my order refunded and membership cancelled. Tampa Florida
I ordered Phentermine and noticed that there were not changes when I check the Order Status. I had a bad feeling and that this was too good to be true. I tried calling first and the answering machine was questionable.
I immediately called my bank to know what I needed to do. The bank blocked my account to prevent further withdraws. They told me that a dispute could not be submitted until the charge went through.
I was able to send a email through the Contact US -"No I am not an enrolled customer". In my email I let them know that I found out they were fraud. I let them know that i contacted my bank and would call the police and follow through with what is necessary if they charged my account and took my money.
Soon, I found another telephone number through this rippoffreport and called it. I spoke with a woman who informed me that my order shows to be refunded and membership canceled. Good I thought. Then I realized they must have received the email I sent.
I ended the phone call by stating that they were a fraud company... the lady hung up the phone on me. NO further response. I gathered the contact info from other ripped off persons which helped me (hopefully) to stop these people from getting into my checking account. I hope i can help someone else.
