My name is Sabrina Henyard and my son is Deon Scott. I am writing on behalf of my son who was swindled by a local car dealership who conducts most of its business online. The name of the company is Cardeals.net and the address 4041 W. Plano Parkway and the phone number is (972) 848-7961. He has given these people $2200 and he had the car 5 hours total and it cut off and ran hot. The note for this car is $360 every two weeks. And when he took it back to be worked on, they said give them the key and $100 and the car would be repaired.
When he called back the next day to check on the status of the car, they said we are not repairing it until I have $400. The agreement was change, and he only had the car 5 hours total. Now he has no car and out $2200. Please help to either rectify the situation or please let consumers know the company is no good. I went to check the Better Business Bureau and it had numerous complaints. These people are taking advantages of people and giving people cars going down off the lot or maybe 5 hours from then.
