I used this company based on reviews to detail my two month old brand new car, however i was unaware that they were sourcing my service out to local car detailing companies that i could have found on google myself and charging double the price. i thought that i was purchasing a 400 dollar service (needless to say for 400 dollars my car should have looked show room ready) however i was paying for there price for mediocre service. the technician arrived 5 min before my time frame not during my time frame given, cleaned my car per a usual car cleaning company (vacum, wash etc...) there website stated they took cash or cards and the whole reason we chose this service was for convience as i just had a newborn baby. the technician told my husband that he could not take cards only cash so my husband left to retrieve the cash, meanwhile i thought they were still completing my car as they still needed to wax the car and wipe down inside and my car mats was all over the street so I assumed they were still cleaning the car, little did i know that they actually followed my husband to the ATM and never came back...

I immediatly contacted the customer support at car detailing.com and got little to no help basically was told to complete the survey and then it would be possible for me to do a complaint. I completed the survey and then was able to make the complaint in which i attatched over 40 pictures of items on the car that was left unfinished, there resolution was to send the same company back out to do the work, i agreed as it was my only option and they just took 400 dollars of my own money so fast forward to the 2nd time the technicians came out they were to only spot clean the vehicle however mind you i stated to them that day and in my report that my car was not waxed per my service that i paid for, so I called customer support to explain to them and find out why they were only spot cleaning my vehicle, the man said he would file a complaint but that was all he could do, i proceeded to ask him to have a member of management contact me while the detail team were here with my vehicle, instead a few moments later i see the detail team place my mats back in the car and drive off so i called back into the cardetail.com customer support and a different gentleman answered the phone i explained to him that the detail team jut left and my car is not completed he said that i requested them not to do the car so they cancelled the service, i explained to him that i did not cancel them and ask him to listen to my recorded conversation with the previous rep. He got smart and told me well its been cancelled and we can give you a 40dollar credit via paypal or check thats all and hung up in my face.

i called back and was hung up on again i tried to call back 11 more times and was contantly hung up on over and over. this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I am a manager in a customer service field and this is by no means how you treat your customers. I would have not been upset had this cost like 125 however this cost 400 so i expected it to be done right and look clean. i was sadly mistaken and will never utilize this service again.
