Complaint Review: Cardinal Boat Movers Inc

I was recommended to have this company haul my boat across the country. When the boat arrived there was extensive damage not only to the exterior, but to the hull structure itself. When questioned about what happpened, the driver just said "s..t happens" and left.

When I contacted their office, they just hung up the phone on me and after 2 months or so, I found out they had no insurance to haul my boat as thier insurance is only good for their province. The women was very rude and used extremely foul language. 

It should also be pointed out that their truck broke down 3 times on the way out delaying delivery by 2 weeks. When the truck and boat arrived, I understood why as it looks like it is from the 1950's. If you ever need a boat moved, it is my recommendation that you stay away from this guy. I see someone else has had a problem on this site and I see why. I also see that they haul junk boats away on their website and I guess they treat all boats the same way.
