Complaint Review: Cardinal Management Group Inc

Beware of Cardinal Management Group, Inc.  and Community Manager Steve Rugen.  This organization engages is bullying and deceptive practices.  There are an extensive number of complaints regarding this firm and its management practices.  In a nut shell, they collect home owner association fees and do not maintain the property or make necessary safety repairs or common area repairs unless forces by the judicial authorities.   Basically they are slum lords and a rip off.  Stay clear of any properties this bunch of thugs are involved with.
