Cardinal Management Group My community is currently managed by Cardinal. I've never seen more rude people. The first HOA meeting our property manager attended, she served major attitude to homeowners, who were asking basic questions like how does someone reach her, because she's hard to get ahold of. When she answered, she wouldn't even address the homeowner. She only looked at and addressed the board. Woodbridge Virginia

She's not the only one. Try calling the receptionist. Ask her one too many questions and see how she responds. Just complete and total nastiness. The culture at Cardinal breeds a complete and total acceptance in treating homeowners (who are not on the board) with utter disrespect.
And what's crazy is: These people lose sight of the fact that they work for US - all homeowners! Not just the board, but all of us. Board members come and go.
Customer service is not their only shortcoming. They're not problem solvers, either. They're no one's consultant. Completely incompetent in this area. When challenges and issues arose, Cardinal brought them to the board to ponder and resolve. I have never seen them offer solutions. The ONLY solutions they would ever offer involved expanding their contract, adding more covered services, additional manpower, etc (in essence, padding their pockets more).
I am living for the day when Cardinal loses our contract and I am not the only one. Cardinal needs a good priority check and humility pill.
