I returned the order unopened for credit as my doctor said I should not use this product due to my heart problem. I sent the product return receipt on 02-10-07 and I have never heard from them The Cost of the productwas $199.95 plus Shipping of $5.95 E-mails not answered.

We received Virgil's order on Dec. 13, 2006 (order#: 17259) and shipped the order the same day. We received the return package back on Feb. 16, 2007 and issued a credit of $199.95 on Feb. 16, 2007 at 10:50 am CST (VeriSign Transaction ID: vqfa0eb33500). Per our Product Guarantee (http://www.cardiorenew.com/guarantee.html), we do not refund shipping costs. It normally takes 2-3 business days for any transactions to process. We did try to respond to the e-mail, but it was rejected several times. We wish Virgil would have called us on our toll number to share any questions/issues. Cardio Renew has never refused a return or not issued a credit if requested. Virgil should be able to call the Credit Card company and confirm that the credit was received.
