I wrote to the Attorneys General for the states of California, Colorado, New York, Massachusetts, Utah, and my home state. CardService International, First Data operates an ISO/MSP for Wells Fargo Bank in  Walnut Creek,CA; First Financial Bank in Englewood, CO; has an office in MA, an office in Utah, and told us if we wanted to sue them, we would have to do so in New York.

If everyone who has been defrauded by this company would do the same, and voice their complaints, we could get some action. Philip Mantyla in the Public Inquiry & Assistance Center for the Massachusetts Attorney General replied that if a large number of injured consumers contacted them and should develop into a case, they would get back in touch seeking further details. Perhaps if enough of us write letters, bringing these thieves to the attention of the Attorneys General of these states and our home states, a class action lawsuit could be filed against CardService International, First Data, and hopefully if not recover our losses, at least let the general public know about the underhanded tactics these people inflict upon innocent, hardworking small business owners.

We are the backbone of this nation. We need to stand up for our rights! Please bring to the attention of our elected officials these crooks! Make them pay for the injury and hardship they have caused.
