We have been trying to cancel our account for 3 months (since end of May).

We have sent numersous faxes (All confirmed that they went through), send 6 letters and make countless phone calls.

All the while they kept charging us $62 per month.
This month they FINALLY cancelled the account but then hit us with a $75.00 cancellation fee even though our contract period is up and refuse to do anything about it except send me to their collections department or suggest I email their business solutions department and wait 2-3 weeks for a responce.

This is absolutely ridiculous.
The reason I am switching is they froze my account because it all of a sudden seemed "risky" to them and they wouldn't deposit my money -- all the while my customers are expecting me to ship a product but I had not been paid nor did I know if I would be.

I have switched to verisign for my payment processing needs and haven't had a problem since but CardService Intl. is the biggest ripoff company I have ever seen... I urge everyone to NOT do business with this company unless you want your money frozen, enjoy paying fees and then want to pay a large cancellation fee when you get tired of paying other fees.
