Complaint Review: Care Auto Enterprise Inc

I really don't see how this place is still in business. He makes false promises to the people for imaginary vehicles he can get for them and then asks for half down cash and no ever get their cars he promised them. I am also one of the latest victims and all stories I read online with he did with others are exactly same and true to what I’m experiencing.

He’s a criminal and con artist. He played with people's trust and fool them and taking their hard-earned money out of their pocket. He lied about having the car I wanted 2017 Acura ILX and after waiting two months I asked for my deposit back. He said the check was mailed on the April 10, 2018 and its now April 19, 2018 and yet still no deposit. I called and they said they would call me back and yet no call. Folks, he’s been doing this for years and should be behind bars for doing illegal and deceptive business practice.

Please do not fall for his Craigslist ads he does not have any cars. If this has happened to you, PLEASE FILE a complaint with Florida Department of Motor Vehicles https://www.flhsmv.gov/ and search for form 84901 it’s called COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT. Please don’t fall for this scam its located in Pembroke Park Florida.
