Care.com Automatic renewal without notification with Care.com  Internet

I signed up for three months of service, with Care.com. My credit card was automatically charged $70 without prior notification for an additional three months, and Care.com has yet to get back to me after contacting them about this unauthorized charge. 

I'm a working mother, and it's hard enough to keep the work/life balance in check. I feel that Care.com is using this to their advantage, by automatically renewing their services in this fashion. I am incredibly upset.
