Care.com BEWARE OF Monthly Subscription Billings - even after you cancelled

I just learned that Care.com has been charging me $46.76 a Month since October of 2017.  When you call it takes forever to get someone from a Call Center on the phone.  I told them I cancelled my membership but no longer have access to the email address I signed up with. 

You can see from my account that I have not bee online in Care.com since August 2017.  Yet they will only refund me for 1 month.  They don't have a number for someone higher up at corporate they only give you an address.  What kind of business operates like this.  Don't sign up.

care (less) dot com did the same to us. We were careless (pun intended) and didn't scrutinize our charges for a few months and sho enough there they were going back several of them. I too could not get a human being other than a human being who wasn't one.

They're despicable people. Look forward to reading of them going chapter 13 one day.
