My husband and I opened an account with them from our vet.  We used the card 2 times for a total of $553.00.  Since this time we have paid over $951.92 and still charges are appearing.  Know the latest is we paid them with an account that is CLOSED!  Well, that's funny because I use this checking account everyday.  Tried to talk with customer service and they refused to talk to us.  All they say is we owe them another $88.00. This company thrives on individual like us to owe them the rest of our life.  They reported to the credit bureaus late entry and inaccurate balances so my husband and I lost a good-standing credit card from Home Depot.  When we tried to close the account they refuse to talk to us!!!!  I am reporting them to the Attorney General, BBB and whomever else, even the President if I have to.

I'd like to hear more. I am about to have a battle with them myself over what I feel is a fraudulent contract. I was sold a no interest/no pay for a year through a medical provider and when I thought I paid it off they claimed I had a deferred interest account and owed them $1300. When I called to dispute, they said I had to write a letter. I sent a letter with the paperwork showing there was no such agreement. The company I worked through to get this CC account has severed their relationship due to this happening to numerous other people and I worked closely with their corporate trying to resolve this issue. CC will not budge and stated I should have read their terms...I never agreed to the terms they changed them to!!!!! FRAUD!!!!!!!

I am planning on calling them one more time to ask for this to be settled (I have fully paid my original balance on time before the 12 months). I already have letters ready for the BBB and my States Attorney General. From there who knows.

I was just researching CareCredit issues on the site and, lo and behold, a new entry was made by you.  I have a major issue with them also.  I will be filing one right now.
