I called GE Money bank with a discrepancy on my bill.  I was on hold 45 minutes before anyone answered then the man was totally rude and didn't know what he was doing so he put me on chronic hold for 15 minutes then hung up on me.  I called back asking for a supervisor and again they hung up on me.  I am now trying for the 3rd time to reach a supervisor.  I signed up for a Care Credit Card with 6 months no interest, no finance charges and every month they charge interest or finance charges and then I have to spend a minimum of half an hour on the phone to reach someone who has to fix the previous monthly bill screw up. 

DO NOT GO TO CARE CREDIT OR GE MONEY BANK AS IT IS A BIG SCAM. 

When you call them they tell you it costs $10 to make a payment on the phone and it is free to pay online.  You go online and it tells you it will cost $15 to use this service.

THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF ALRIGHT!!!
