Care Credit GE - Money Bank Deceptive billing practices and WORST costumer service EVER! Washington District of Columbia
Care Credit has a different due date for my statment every month. That makes impossible to pay the bill on time, unless you set up auto payment with their website.
It's hard to trust your billing information to a company that is obviously trying their best to rip you off. I have never called Care Credit customer service to get a helpful person on the phone.
There's a lot of sarcasm and missinformation. They won't listen to you, no matter how hard you try. Even though I have auto payment with eletronic transfer from Citibank, they have been charging me late fees for no reason.
Be aware! Safe yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from this Company!

GE MONEY - VIOLATES FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT
#2Consumer Comment
Wed, October 01, 2008
File a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Everyone that is having any problems with GE Money needs to file a complaint so the FTC can do something.
Based on the large number of complaints I have seen in regards to GE Money questionable practices - they have no problems violating Federal Law as they rip off their customers.
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre16.shtm for information on the fair credit billing act.
