Complaint Review: Care Credit - GE Money

Care Credit disperse $2800.00 to CBT Direct without authorization from me. I did not give CBT Direct authorization to receive the funds and I did not give Care Credit authorization to release the funds. No one contacted me regarding dispersement of the funds. I have requested written documentation from both parties and I have not received anything. When they investigated the situation the based their answer on what CBT Direct sent to them about the conversation we had. The transcript of the conversation did not revealed authorization to request funds from Care Credit on by behalf. When I received the credit card from Care Credit I called them to cancel the credit card. It was then when I discovered that Care Credit had given the monies (2800.00) to CBT Direct. I have been fighting this matter since Sept. 8. 2007. I just recently responded to the decision sent 1/10/2008 in favor of CBT Direct again on January12, 2008. I would very much like representation to assist me in this dispute.
