Care Patrol, CARE PATROL FRANCHISE IS A COMPLETE SHAM AND RIP OFF!!! BUYER BEWARE. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS SYSTEM!! gilbert, Arizona

A friend of mine and his wife were unfortunate enough to come across this pathetic excuse for a franchise last year and have now lost well over $30,000 and many nights of sleeps due to stress. This company claims to work in the senior care industry providing assisted living placement services to families. They promise to provide a steady stream of leads for free but what they send are useless saturated leads and come in very infrequently. The system itself is laughable and completely useless. Anyone with an ounce of intelligence could develop a much more successful method. There is no support given and the only time they heard from the corporate office was when they requested their "licensing fee". The most pathetic thing is that this company knowingly and aggressively sold franchises while involved in a class action law suit with another franchise company without informing any prospective franchisees. Most likely a violation of the law. From what I've heard most of the franchises this company has sold have failed, are failing or have been abandoned.

These people should be in jail!!

The owners of the franchise that provided rebutttal just proved the point, the service is NOT free.
How would they have made back 25% of their investment in the first year if they weren't getting paid or there isn't profitt? Come on, don't take advantage of elderly people and tell me that its all dandy. You provide names of companies to get loans from and names of specific facilities and real estate brokers to "HELP", well don't help take away my parents entire life savings please. My folks both have memory issues and had a consultant from CarePatrol try to baboomzel them.
Its horrible what you are doing, may God punish you for being greedy people praying on old peopple.

I purchased a Carepatrol franchise last year. This report is totally false. After spending over $30,000 on various other business opportunities, I came across Carepatrol. My wife and I decided to purchase a franchise. We are very pleased with the business model. The support we get from the corporate office is outstanding. We have an open line directly to the CEO any time we have a question. In the first year, we have made back over 25 % of our initial investment without working over 30-40 hours a week. We could not be happier. The potential in this business is outstanding.

We were given numbers of other Franchisees BEFORE we put any money down to ask them questions. In any business, we get out results of how much you put in. There was NO CLASS ACTION law suit.

CarePatrol Being Targeted By A Lazy Unhappy Franchisee

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

Obviously the person who wrote this does not have the same conviction to sign his name. This was written by a lazy franchisee that were terminated just prior to this report showing up by an anonymous writer. CarePatrol has never had 6 corporate stores. we have 3 corporate stores and many happy Franchisees.

The "lawsuit" he mentions was filed by a competitor who obviously is out of the franchising industry and was hoping to create negative publicity to stop our growth. The only unhappy franchisee was this one who I believe wrote this compliant. For the record he abandoned his franchise because he moved away to Hawaii to be near his daughter. his territory which he did nothing with because he refused to follow our system and had a very poor work ethic is now a thriving corporate territory.

We are overseen by the FTC just like every franchise and if we have done anything wrong, they would have shut us down.

A man that cannot sign his name to a compliant should not have his 15 minutes of fame to try to hurt a very successful franchise system that is doing very well. Come on Scott, I would have much more respect for you if you would have used your name. I am using mine.
