Care Credit Rewards Mastercard FRAUDULENTLY OFFERED 5,000 points equivalent to $50 after I spent more than $500 from its mastercard. The offer was completed on September 30, 2020. I called on October 9 for the 5,000 points to be posted but was told to wait. Called on October 19 and was told the points will be posted by early December.
Called December 9 and was told the points will be posted early January 2021. Called Jan 6, 2021 speaking with agent, redemption dept, customer service, management dept, but refused to post the 5,000 points continuing lying after spending one whole hour on the phone.
