Months ago I signed up for a job search company on the internet called Career Builder. They seemed to have lots of jobs and I was at first optimistic of finding employment. As the months went by, though, I began to notice that the same companies were advertising for employees end and the listing for a companies, if it ever went away, would often reappear as a fresh job weeks later. I noticed too that some of the companies were often obscure and only had a website and no listing in the phone book.

It soon became apparent that Career Builder was a place for the bottom feeder if you can even call them that to catch your resume and many times a week I would receive a similar worded e-mail from a someone saying that my resume caught their attention and would I would like an interview? I only went to one and it specialized in funneling potential car salesman into dealerships that tended to be revolving doors for people unfamiliar with the business. But these companies turned out to be the A listings for Career Builder; the other companies on its website were often worse than a joke.

My advice to anyone looking for a job is to go to a companya real company's website and submit the requested information. I am beginning to believe that all these job search engines are close to a waste of time if not something far worse.
