Complaint Review: Career Directors International

After reviewing the material that was supposed to prepare me for certification, I found it limited at best, and knew it would not prepare me for the kind of resumes they seemed to credential.  When I asked about a refund, they said they offered no refund for the $397 that I spent.  Instead I was offered a $130 credit for the next level of something I had already told them I did not want to pursue.  I was told to dig in to their resources and get up to speed.  When I received a training announcement, I asked that I not be contacted anymore.  

So, if you purchase something like this, be sure to find out about the guarantee or refund policy before hand.  In this case, there is none.  I supposedly got a $150 off the regular price, so at least I wasn't suckered for the full price farce!
