I responded to a listing in MonsterBoard.com for a telecommuting position in medical billing. I called the phone number and spoke to Regina and was told to go to their website ctsolutionsinc.net and then call back with my questions. I researched the website thoroughly and called back several times with questions. I felt as though they answered my particular questions appropriately. I was told I would train for 3 1/2 months and then after 15 days I would receive my first client. So I paid them $249 to enroll in classes starting October 25, 2003. I gave notice to my job and they hired someone to replace me but said they would keep me employed until my training was over.

As of about 5 days ago, I could no longer log on to their website. I overlooked it in hopes there was just technical difficulty. I never received my training materials which I was supposed to receive in the next 10-15 days. Then I was told that my class had been postponed to November 1, 2003. I called this past Monday and was told that if I did not receive my supplies by today, to worry. I was told this person did not know why I could not log onto the website. Well today is here. Still nothing has come to me in the mail. So I call the student services dept,888-212-0690. The number was temporarily disconected. I called the regular phone number and it was disconnected too. Then I looked around the internet a little more and found your website. I am still in shock. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.
