Complaint Review: Career Training Solutions

Back in May of 2003 I decided I needed to work, but from home. I began serching the web for work from home opportunities and CTS seemed "too good to be true."
I filled out the credit application and was approved to make a $300.00 deposit and monthly payments of about $97.00 for 6 months. My gut told me it was a scam.

I did lots of reserch and found that the individuals listed on the corporate paperwork of this company had many other entities.

Chrisheena McGee was listed as President, Secretary and Director there was also a Carlos Ortiz listed as Treasurer and Director.

As my research continued I learned that Carlos Ortiz has several other entities of which he was in some way listed in the corporate paperwork and some of these entities resided at the same address.

One such entity was Compstar Wirless, another was Focal Inc, a modeling agency listed at 1221 Applewood Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70808. The list goes on to include approximetley 5 entities.

I agree that these individuals should not get away with scamming people that are probably in desperate situations.

One other thing I learned the phone number listed 888-393-2890 is registered in Snellville, GA.

Good luck to those of you whom where taken advantage of. I can only hope that my research will help you recover your money and possibly put those people responsible for stealing in jail.

Remember one $300.00 theft is not much but when several are combined you may have a grand theft case and if no state wants to take the case the FBI might be interested.
