Carefree Builder Inc is a company that is owned by Howard Lee Boyer a convicted criminal serving a current 12 month suspended sentence. He was arrested for Felorny Larceny. He has owned several companies over the last year to include Lee Construction and Development Inc, West Global Construction, and Carefree Builders. He opens these companies bids a bunch of contracts takes peoples money and then disappears. He has been sued numerous times in the last six months in the prince william count and arlington courts and has lost. Still he has never paid the lawsuits back. He operates soley in cash and casshiers checks and does not take checks since he does not have a bank account he wants to deposit the money in. You can log onto the virginia court systems website and view his criminal and civil court records. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.

His address from his campany is a fake address and so are the ones on all his previous companies.
