Cargurus - Sellers Experience - Image Verification Nightmare Minneapolis Minnesota
When it comes to the ease of selling a car Cargurus has got to be the absolute worst. I had listed my car on their website and it ran fine for 3-4 days. Then bam I get an email that says I have to send in a verification photo.
Don't you think this step should have been on day one? So I monkey around printing off their verification sheet place it in my car window and open the door and do the macarena for them and here I am days later with emails piling up from potential buyers that I cant respond to because my account is still processing. What trash.
They claim its for security reasons that they do this, my car is listed on six other car sale websites and none of them ask for this type of verification. Do the math. Cargurus sucks.
