Lures customers in with the word FREE but later wants $1.00. That is explained and usually acceptable. But here is where the problem is: They offer a volume discount and it is almost impossible to continue to your history report without signing up for it. Be ever so careful. If not sure, just forget it. Better to lose the dollar than months of $18.95 and the hassle.
I think I was able to get my charges reversed, but will have to call credit card co. to be sure.
Think twice before using this service as it was marginally informative. Please be careful.
