HELP, CARHOP IS A FRAUD!! I'm a veteral and I'm calling for these bastards to be charged immeditely for negligence, fraud, scam! I was forced to purchased a 2000 Chevrolett Impala at Carhop on May 28th of 2014 after losing my prior vehicle with over 200,000 mileage to overheating. I had a full coverage warranty that came with the vehicle along with an option of free towing but only if an "arrangement" is made withing a reasonable time. Long story short, I drove the vehicle to work on the morning of July 31st of 2014 without any issue until during my lunchtime (12.00) that i noticed a bad leak and large pool of coolant on the ground. I called Carhop (about an hour later waiting to be transfered) to inform them about the problem and right then i was given a assurance (By Jarrod Fegr) that the vehicle is covered but that the vehicle should be taking to the nearest Bumper to Bumper auto shop for diagnosis and will get back to me withing 24 to 48 hours for conclusion and hopefully get my car back on the road by monday (But they do not cover car rentals). Then to my supprise i was told that I'm gonna have to pay for towing!!! I I refused, stated right away that my warranty said the vehicle will be towed withing a reasonable time once an arragement is made. Mr Fegr reply was that his manager ''went out for lunch'' and will ask him to get in touch with me as soon as he gets back but maintained that the vehicle should be moved to their assigned shop. Waited for over 4hours. So i made a decision to leave work early (12:40) so i could work on getting the vehicle to the Bumper to Bemper on time because they closes at 4pm.

Meanwhile, I did not get any call from the said manager until 3:28pm after the tow truck arrived (Bumper to Bumper closes at 4pm)!! So, towed the vehicle down to Bumper to Bemper at 6501 Penn Avenue, Richfield Minnesota out of pocket ($80) as i was instructed. The vehicle was dropped off at approximately 3:57pm and afterwards i asked the mechanic on when to expect a feedback from the Carhop. I was told by the senior mechanic that it'll take between 24 to 48 hours to hear a feedback from Carhop!!! Next day, Friday, Nothing from both both so Bumper to Bumper for an updat. Their reply was that they've sent a letter of dagnosis to Carhop that their a bad leak but refused to give me any precise details. Saturday, Nothing!! I called Carhop for verification at 11am , I called Carhop warranty department, no answer till 12:16 pm!

Finally, i was told to that the information is being processed that it'll take them another 24 hours to gather the details about my warranty and hopefully should get the vehicle by Tuesday or Wednesday!!! Since both my wife and i only depend on that single vehicle as a means of transportation she had to call off for that day. Because of that i was forced to pay extra $266 for car rental till Monday August 4 2014 (My son's birthday)!!! So, monday morning I called Bumper to Buper from work for an update, i was told that they sent a report to Carhop the Friday, August 1st of 2014, did'nt hear from both so I called Carhop. After over 20 minutes waiting to be transfered  (as usual) they finally answerd, the answer was that they haven't gotten any report about the vehicle!! What??? The the person asked me Bumper to Bumper's phone number to get in touch with them and they he'll call me back for details(obviousy there hasn't been any communication at all between Bumper to Bumper and Carhop until i called in). Just 12 minutes later, i recieved a call back from the same Carhop guy stating that Bumper to Bumper have have could'nt process the report of time because they were having ''issues'' with their computer (SiNCE THURSDAY?? WHAT HAPPEND TO THEIR PHONE)?? Also that they should get things sorted out by noon of the day. Later, at around 12:47 I called Bumper to Bumper for update, finally I was told that IT"S A BAD WATER LEAK!!! (What i already knew since thursday)!! HOWEVER..........I must to pay $95 out of pocket for them to be able to locate what happened because Carhop refused to cover for the damage!!! I was distraught!! Terribly stressed out. I left work immediately at 3:35, got home at 4:22. I got on the phone at 4:45 Now it's 16:15 and counting!!! Carhop wont answer my call, it's my son's birthday and i'm bitterly angry and frustrated. I had to extend the car rental till friday that's another $90 !!PLEASE HELP HELP HELP!

Judging from your quick, lackluster reply it is apparent that my case somehow threatens you personally or simply that you are someone with a deep connection to Carhop. What is a veteral? Well, since I was a bit too angry to proof read what I posted then here us what I meant...I'm an OIF/ veteran that has served served 6years in the military. Secondly, YES I WAS forced to make that purchase because they knew very well how much I needed the vehicle thus allowing them the power to be able to brainwashed me along with many hundreds perhaps thousands of people that Carhop had took advantage of because of their bad credits!! But guess what? $600 downpaynt after their ads promised $99!!! Charging a custimer over $11,000 for a 2000 Chevy impalabthat barely last two months with damaged water pump or so!!!Failure to honor their agreement on towing (if arranged within a reasonable time), failure to honor their warranty to fix internal parts of vehicle engine and so forth. Then $93 per week for junk is enough for invenstigave authorities to step in. That is a criminal act n the state of Minnesota and its only amount if time before the case end up at the supreme court for fraud. Remember what happened to T-Mobile just few weeks back? Carhop must take responsibility for their actions!!! Enough is enough!!! This is barbaric!!! A scam of the highest order that outshines Bernie Maddif!!! Thieves!!!

 How were you "forced" to purchase a car from them?? Did they hold a gun to your head?? Did they threaten you with jail time?? What is a "veteral"???   You bought the crappy car!! What do you want anyone to do for you?? 

And NO I do not work for them!
